What are my travel options? With traveling plans coming to a halt to limit the COVID-19 spread, this has put a temporary panic on current vacation planning and luxury vacation rentals. Although there are no issues in Cabo San Lucas currently with no mandated restrictions on traveling, new developments are occurring daily, so we realize the need to be flexible during these uncertain times.
If you have any concerns about future travels or your current reservation, be rest assured we are available to provide you with some peace of mind. We are willing to work with our clients as the need arises on rescheduling your travel plans. If you need to cancel your trip, our recommendation is that you reschedule and book new dates while there are available openings. After all this passes, there will be limited available dates because of many rescheduled bookings. We will also consider full refunds depending on the current CDC government-issued traveling mandates.

their homes, so we recommend you consider your future travels while you have
the extra time. Our world will eventually be back to normal and the travel
industry will be booming once again, so we have set in place a lenient
cancellation policy to relieve any concerns.
Future Booking Discounts
We would also like to offer a discount for your future booking by contacting us direct at Baja Sur Vacation Rentals. Your savings on fees amount to a substantial amount and we would be glad to offer these savings. Some owners of the villas are also offering special discounts or free nights for re-scheduling, so please inquire to take advantage of these offers.
Temporary Cancellation Policy Amendment
Our temporary, amended cancellation policy is valid for new reservations created in March-April for dates that are booked after April 30. We will allow guests to reschedule their stay any time prior to arrival. Our villa guests that are unable to travel due to COVID-19 travel restrictions will have the opportunity to reschedule their stay for travel within one year from the original check out date (at the same property for the same number of nights and rate per availability).
