We work exclusively with Tracy Dunlop from Lazy Gourmet to perform this kind of event. Your clients may bring their own wedding coordinator, but the catering company performing the service at the house should be done through her.
- Minimum 3 nights stay for a standard season. Holidays will require a 7-night stay.
- Event fee is an additional night charge.
- Catering company must be done thru Lazy Gourmet of Tracy Dunlop. She knows the house and how to operate it. And she can work with any event planner or wedding coordinator in the area.

Included in rate: Gourmet breakfast, lunch, and dinner chef & assistant chef (food at additional charge), In-Villa Butler daily from 12:00pm-10:00pm. The expansive deck space and beachfront setting easily accommodates a sit-down event for 150 guests. It has state of the art audio/visual system including 25+ speakers inside and out, an outdoor palapa bar with large bbq, burners, beverage center, ice maker, and sink. Additionally, the indoor bar has wine refrigerator, beverage center, ice maker, and sink. Also, included in rate is a gourmet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. (food at additional charge). Casa La Laguna is one of the finest beachfront villas in all of Los Cabos, with a truly world class staff of 9. NOTE: 12:00am is the cutoff for loud music, primarily out of respect for our neighbors.
Event fee with no rental: $25,000 plus taxes

Why go to a resort for your Cabo destination wedding when you can have your own estate! Casa Las Rocas is the perfect vacation rental home and cabo destination wedding in paradise. This 7-bedroom estate, sits directly on El Tule Beach and spans over 1.6 magnificent acres. There is a full staff included for all house needs plus meals for a fee. You will need to hire own caterer for wedding day and wedding coordinator. The villa accommodates up to 22 guests with maximum of 50 guests for the wedding. Also, the new Garza Blanca resort next to the villa is a a beautiful 5 star resort for extra guests to stay. The only noise ordinance is respect for Hotel Guests next door or guests in Costa Brava 10-11PM is fine but after that it should be quieter type music.
