Designed with the traditional Manzanillo style décor, Villa Las Rocas offers inviting, spacious areas in which your group can gather. The main living area boasts open-air living, a large gourmet kitchen and dining area that all overlook the bar, pool and beach. The expansive pool and Jacuzzi areas sit at beach level and are just a few steps from the poolside bar, which is restocked daily for your convenience.
Looking for a bit of privacy away from your group? Escape to one of the 7 bedroom suites located throughout the lushly landscaped property. The secluded master casita opens to oceanfront terraces and its own private Jacuzzi while two additional buildings on the property house the remaining 6 bedroom suites.
And whether you’re the type to lounge poolside while feasting on margaritas, chips and guacamole or one that will take advantage of the property’s stand up paddle boards, surfboards, kayaks, and boogie boards, have no doubt - there is something for everyone at Villa Las Rocas. We had a great trip to Casa Las Rocas. The house was over the top awesome! It's the nicest home I've ever rented and I've rented a bunch. We had a guest who had a balance issue and unable to go up/down stairs easily but Rudolfo had his guys put up a temporary rail so he could get to the pool and house from the master bedroom!!! Everyone commented on how nice the staff was and what a great job they did.

This was the best family reunion ever. The Villa is so relaxing and is right on a beautiful sandy beach, The views from the villa are spectacular; overlooking the 3 swimming pools, gazebo, lounge chairs, hammocks and the ocean. It also came with kayaks. There are 2 large fabulous living rooms plus a nice dining table. The rooms were all first class and cleaned daily. However, the best part were the couple that managed the villa and cooked our tasty breakfast and dinners. They were the nicest and most genuine people you could ever meet.

I truly can not express how wonderful this home, staff, and concierge service was. Completely surpassed my already high expectations. Eeveryone was so friendly, hard working, kind, and trustworthy. We felt so spoiled the entire time and were truly able to unwind and relax. Our concierge, Andrea made sure that ever detail was planned to perfection and was an incredible resource to me during our entire stay. I hope I get to return soon! THANK YOU
Most Spectacular Place

I was looking for a place to celebrate my 50th with some friends and family and Baja Sur Vacation Rentals had the most spectacular place. Casa Las Rocas Villa was just about the most amazing property that I have ever stayed at.
Terri helped set everything up and was flexible about a few things when it came to booking early making it stress-free.
The staff at the home, led by Lucero and Rodolfo, took care of everything we needed from some shopping to cooking incredible breakfast every morning for our guests.
The concierge lined up anything else we needed from taking tours to transportation. If I had one minor suggestion, it would be to have them reach out as soon as the booking is confirmed as I had already booked so much of my trip by the time we were headed to Cabo.
Finally, the home next door is also managed by BSVR and allows for more guests to stay close by. This stay was a 10 out of 10! Thank you

This is a really beautiful villa with fantastic ocean views from almost anywhere on the property. Multi-level pool with lots of provided pool toys was constantly in use by the adults and children. Crashing waves made the beach very scenic, but not recommended for swimming.

Wow! Amazing vacation from start to finish, from working with Terri and Andrea of Baja Sur Vacations to being at the phenomenal exclusive mini resort, that we never wanted to leave! We were a group of 10 and hired the AMAZING house staff of Lucero and her team for several meals and bartending days. They made us feel like family and were the BEST host! They were very accommodating at every add or change. Definitely take advantage of the services as well as the stocking of provisions! Dinner in the Papalpa was exquisite! The BEST bartending service! The rooms were so clean and beautiful! The pools are a dream! You will feel like you have all the amenities of a large resort, but even better because it is all just for you! This vacation could not have gone better! Everyone was extremely HAPPY with this booking and would love to have another vacation like this again!

Words fail to describe the beauty of this place. The layout is incredible, with many different spaces flowing into one another and merging outside with inside. The seven casitas are each unique and beautiful. The caretakers and staff are outstanding. Honestly, one of the most incredible, unique, and special places I have ever stayed. Highly recommended.

It doesn't get much better than this. Phenomenal home newly renovated with fantastic outdoor spaces. We were here celebrating a 50th birthday. Had a great time. Only negative is construction going on next door. I would definitely rent here again especially with a large group.

This is a magical place for families, couples and groups, a true one of a kind. I have done the adjoining rooms at Hotels/Resorts and the multiple condos to accommodate my group sizes-- Nothing beats Casa las Rocas. You basically have your own private resort. It's outrageous and pictures can never do it justice, only being there will. 1.6 acres is a lot of beachfront land and much more than you can imagine. Each morning at daybreak was a beach walk, or a SUP/kayak paddle except for the golf days.
Don't go to Costco or Mega, the staff will handle all food and beverage needs for you at a very fair price. My guests never entered the kitchen and that's how a vacation should be.
