This condo offers 1 bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, covered terrace and gas barbecue. Enjoy your vacation at the huge Marina Sol pool or walk a couple of blocks to be where all the action is on Medano Beach.

This home has just been equipped with 2 new mini split AC units and has a pub table with 2 stools on the covered terrace. Free wireless internet is included. There is a queen in the master bedroom and a futon available for a third adult or 2 children.

The location of this condo is one of the most popular as it has beautiful grounds, pool and restaurant on site and is close to everything Cabo has to offer. No need for a car!

Pool and pool restaurant good. We booked a snorkeling trip (Oceanus) through the concierge. It was really fun and great value. Nice location with good restaurants all around. Isabel's is just up the hill and very reasonable and good for breakfast. Also recommend El Jarro for breakfast. Beach is easy walking distance. Nice beach towels were provided and drinking water. One of the tvs did not work in our room is only negative thing I can say. Convenient store on premises for milk etc.

I stayed with my family of 4. The condominium is super well located, nice pool and amenities, comfortable, and all services work well. Medano beach is a paradise and it is a super short walk, two blocks away. Downtown and the clubhouse area is also super close. I did not spend on Uber, I did everything walking. Terri was always very friendly and I leave with a pleasant experience

It is a very quiet place, very close to everything, excellent location. The room has everything you need and is very clean and tidy. The pool and jacuzzi are excellent too. In general everything seemed super good, we would definitely return.

Terri's place is huge and it would be tough to find an easier walk to the beach outside of a resort. The kitchen is well stocked should you want to cook and the beds were comfortable. Terri herself was an amazing host and super responsive even on a holiday!

Short walk, even with young children to beach, marina, and shopping. Fun pool with friendly staff. Very safe and secure. This particular unit did have some street traffic noise and light that found its way in at night, but it was also a holiday weekend and that is to be expected. We enjoyed our stay.

This place is very good for families. It was quiet and safe. The pool was awesome for my daughter to play in. Beach and restaurants are few steps away. The seafood is very tasty all the restaurants around were awesome. You can also get an Uber and be in Walmart in 5 minutes for groceries if needed.

Apartment is located perfectly with easy access to the beach (not even 5 minutes), local restaurants, and yes to MccyDs for breakfast coffee. Perfect for 2 but could have a 3rd on the futon. Kitchen has everything available for cooking (have to admit did not cook as local restaurants very good (Gardenia and Isabel), AC, shower with plenty of hot water and the WiFi perfect. The hospitality was wonderful! Everyone so friendly and helpful. I had a rental car for a couple of days and suggest Chileno Beach to see fish in the ocean right at your feet wading offshore and fun snorkeling. Oh, you must take a cheap boat ride $20 with one of the small glass bottomed boats to lands end, keyhole and stop at Divorce Beach for an hour to walk across to see Pacific Ocean on one side and Sea of Cortez on the inner peninsula. Nice! Oh, you can also walk to the beach and turn right to get away from the crowd of people and use units umbrella and beach chair - maybe my $4 cooler will still be there for you to stock with beer and water as we did and just relax on the beach and enjoy the beautiful water. Bring a snorkel mask with you even if you are just gently wading - swimming at the beach as fish are everywhere.

If you wish a more local perspective for Cabo, this condominium setting and location to the city will give you that. Although the unit faces the street, I enjoyed watching the people and the activity around the taxi stand below the the units' balcony. I was able to walk to every place in town-the beach was a five minute walk. A beach chair and umbrella are available in the unit. Although there is traffic noise, it is quiet from late night to morning. The dual A/C unit makes it easy to sleep. Water is supplied from a cooler unit near the kitchen, I even found a six pack of beer in the refrigerator to welcome me. The Marina Sol staff was friendly and helpful. I had the breakfast special every morning by the pool complete with a Bloody Mary. The Mojito on a warm afternoon served poolside was the best! I traveled solo on this visit but, I was welcomed by all I met.

Easy in, easy out. The room was clean and cozy. The balcony was large, facing the street which to some might be a bummer but we enjoyed people watching and seeing the fireworks over the marina on NYE. You can walk to everything from here, we rented a car but really didn't use it. The pool was really nice and there is even a restaurant and store on the property which was convenient. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed staying here for a few days. 1 con is that the bed is rather squeaky.

Overall, a great place to stay. My mom and I loved the location. Close to everything (e.g., Medano beach, bars, clubs) , but just far enough off the main drag where you can get some peace and not be constantly bombarded by tourist places/barkers. Marina Sol itself was perfect for what we were looking for. The staff was great, and there was a tropical/resort feel out at the pool with a nice restaurant inside (facing out to the pool). As far as the unit itself, it was exactly how it was represented online. It had a nice local feel (e.g., the decor), but also had upgraded kitchen appliances, TVs, etc. I would definitely stay there again! Just FYI, there is no gym. So, something to consider if that is really important to you on vacation. Also, the shower head makes it hard to efficiently shower, though that is something that can easily be replaced.

The location is good although there is some street noise. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. The condo complex is clean and large. Security and concierge were friendly and helpful. There was parking for our rental car, though we walked almost everywhere. The unit is basic but works for a good home base in Cabo. Lots of kitchen supplies and appliances. AC worked great, patio was nice for coffee in the morning, and the sliding windows let in a great breeze in the afternoon. Communication with the organizer of the condo was quick and easy.

Nice place with wonderful people. We were literaly less than 10 blocks from everything. We could be anywhere in the marina area or on the beach in minutes. The pool area and grounds are beautiful and the staff in the lobby and restaurant were very friendly. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever taken. I am so happy I got the chance to stay here. This condo is right in the mist of everything. In walking distance to town and beach. STAY HERE you won't be disappointed. There is parking available if you rent a car. The owner of this unit Ms. Nanci is wonderful... She is soooo helpful and will provide all the info you need. This unit has any and everything you need. It has everything you need from kitchenware, blow dryer, towels, iron, grill and etc....The bed was extremely comfortable. Apartment was nicely set up. Has AC or you can leave the balcony sliding doors open. When we first got there we didn't have hot water and that was no problem let Alma know downstairs and it was fixed immediately. For the price per night this is a WONDERFUL BUY. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone, Unit was clean and smelled fresh.. Downstairs there is large pool with a bar... It is also kid friendly if you are bringing the kiddos. I have nothing negative to stay about my stay here..Thank You Mrs. Nanci for everything!!!

Had a wonderful time at Marina Sol! The room was perfect, and had everything you could ask for! The location was incredibly central to the beach, and town. You're close to the bars, shopping at the Marina, the mall, and a couple banks for when you need some more pesos. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly! I will definitely be staying here again!

I absolutely loved this place! Central to the middle of town, marina, and beach! Banks near by as well as other places to eat, drink, and be merry! The staff here was helpful and friendly as well. Great pool, and bar in the center of the complex. This place was clean, and roomy as well! Literally everything that I could've asked for! As advertised. The condo was very spacious. A little dated but that was not unexpected. Very nice to have beach towels and WiFi. What made it great was the location. There is a great bar/restaurant on property and you are less than a 5 minute walk to the best swimming beach in Cabo. Also within 5 minutes to mall, marina and all the downtown bars and restaurants. Location made this great. We walked everywhere around the beach, marina and downtown. Even ventured into the neighborhoods where some of the local restaurants are located. Would definitely book again for the price.

The grounds were immaculate, the pool great, close to everything. The condo is nice and a great deal. Improvements to the condo could include new/larger bed and possibly window covering or curtains for the sliding glass doors in the living room as it gets a bit hot in the Summer with the afternoon sun in that direction. All in all however very nice.

Unique'50s charm very close to Medano beach, Marina and all the action. Within the huge gated courtyard stuffed with palm trees you'll find a beautiful perfectly maintained pool, and a comfortable quiet place to relax. The nifty poolside resturant (Oasis) under a thached roof serves up tasty dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner...and, at quite reasonable prices. All in all, a unique retro place with large touch of class

I was glad to find a place to stay within my budget so close to Christmas. The photos were a litlle off.Meaning the outside looks nothing like the inside. But the room was clean and neat, a nice condo for Cabo. The grounds inside of the complex were very nice, an excellent family enviorment. Not noisy. All the noise came from our bedroom window facing the street. It was party week ,between Christmas and New Years. It bugged my husband more than me. The staff was nice.
