Perched on a cliff along the Pacific Ocean sits a one-of-a-kind property where time seems to stand still. Villa Stein, located in the gated community of Pedregal, is an exceptional villa that overlooks the southernmost tip of Baja California where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean at Land’s End. Spend the day lounging on the jutting terrace while whales frolic in the beautiful blue water below or take a dip in the sparkling pool cantilevered over the sea. Whatever your desire, Villa Stein aims to please.   
Rays of sunlight fill the interior of Villa Stein while sweeping views of the gleaming ocean and warm sand are enjoyed from nearly every inch of this amazing home. Travertine floors, granite and marble countertops, and bright colors evoke a sense of style and comfort. An open floor plan allows the living, dining and kitchen areas to merge as one and provides the ideal spot for entertaining. Three bedrooms, each delightfully decorated, boast high-quality linens and offer breathtaking views. A separate casita offers a fourth bedroom, kitchenette and sofa bed and is a wonderful spot for teenagers or grandparents.
 
A few minutes from Villa Stein is downtown Cabo San Lucas. Here, guests will enjoy a plethora of cantinas, restaurants and shops.  A quick trip on a water taxi takes guests to Lover’s Beach where snorkeling is popular or Medano Beach where countless water activities and scrumptious restaurants await.
 

MAIN FLOOR GUEST HOUSE:  This floor directly overlooks the pool & jacuzzi with an unobstructed view of the Pacific & Land's End. Large master bedroom with a private bath (King size bed and twin bed). Well-equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, and much more! Spacious living & dining area with comfortable lounging chairs, wet bar and a large screen color TV (35"/satellite)

ROCK ROOM (sleeps 3): This unique room has it's own private bath (shower), a small fully-equipped kitchen, a Double & Single bed. No view.

GUEST ROOM #1 (sleeps 2): This guest room has a lovely view of the garden and the ocean from the private patio and comes equipped with a large private bath with Jacuzzi and a separate shower. There is a Queen size bed, wet-bar with mini-fridge, & coffeemaker for private use.

GUEST ROOM #2 (sleeps 2): This guest room has a gorgeous ocean view from the patio and comes equipped with a queen size bed, private bath (shower) and a wet-bar with mini-fridge & coffemaker for private use.

Daily housekeeping service is provided by our friendly staff. They will take care of making beds, changing towels and linens and general maintenance of the home. A chef is available with prior notice, as well as in home spa service. Our Non-Smoking rental home is designed to easily accommodate groups ranging from two to eight, depending on your room selection. We only rent to one party at a time to insure privacy for our guests.

NOTE: One floor of the home is locked off as this is where the owner lives and no photos of this floor are shown. This area has a separate entrance and does not infringe on living areas reserved for guest use. Please inquiry if the owners will be staying during your requested dates.
