The home has 2 suites in the main house each with a king bed, TV and Jack & Jill bathroom. There is a small third bathroom in the main house with a trundle bed equipped with 2 twins and private bath.

The separate Casita is a master suite with king bed, flat screen TV and full bath. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinetry and all the amenities. There is a dining area and living room with flat screen TV, CD and DVD player. For larger groups, this owner has a second 5 bedroom home, Tooker Villa la Jolla de los Cabos, next door that can also be rented for groups up to 20.
