This was our second time renting a house through Baja Sur Vacation Rentals and both trips were perfect, from start to finish. Starting with the round-trip shuttle service arranged by Terri, everything went smoothly for the entire trip. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport, and we were at the house in short order. Casa Ladrillo is a beautiful house with pool in the gated and super secure private community of Pedregal. The house has large comfortable beds, updated appliances and an onsite reverse osmosis water purification system, so no worries about drinking water or ice. The AC works great and has controls in each room, so the house is never too hot or cold. The day we arrived the on-site property manager stop by to confirm all was in order. We received additional support and services from Andrea (best concierge ever!) who was super quick to respond to any questions we had. For us this is the perfect location for view, quite and access to all of the great restaurants and shopping in Cabo. We could walk 15 minutes to the private beach or 15 minutes into town. One of our favorite walks was into town for shopping at the local stores then walk or Uber back to the house and jump into the pool. We spent 12 wonderful days and at Casa Ladrillo and are making plans to return next winter. Highly recommend the Team at Baja Sur Vacation Rentals for your next Cabo adventure.

We had an amazing stay for 5 nights at the villa! We were able to book transportation through the property manager to and from the airport and stop at Costco on the way. Perfect for a bachelorette party! Very beautiful view, spacious, clean and felt safe in the gated community. Booking Uber's into town was easy and quick. The concierge was helpful with booking reservations. Overall great stay and would book again!

Thank you so much to the Baja Sur Vacation Rentals team. Terri and Andrea were extremely helpful and responsive from day 1. Our house was even more beautiful in person (Casa Ladrillo) and perfect for our 10 person group. Truly have no complaints. There were enough beds, towels, blankets, pillows, etc. for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The A/C was our salvation and the pool was very clean. The team was kind enough to help us arrange transportation for our large group (highly recommended) and even helped us with arranging a surprise birthday cake for one of our guests. I will definetely recommend their services to anyone visiting Baja Sur and will 100% turn to them again if I am ever in the area again.

The house was perfect! We felt safe. Everyone had their one restroom which was nice. Only thing is that one room of the house outside (room 4) AC wasn't strong enough but still enough to sleep. Thank you!

Loved the unique layout! The pool was perfect for kids with that little platform for the less confident swimmers. The kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking so much easier. People warned about the walk to town but it wasn't as bad as we expected, steep but still doable. I hope we get to return to this little paradise again one day!

The house is located in the best view! The photos do not compare to reality, Casa Ladrillo was much better than we expected. Terri did us the favor of arranging roundtrips to the airport and they were quick to fix a problem with a room's air conditioning and outside speakers.

My friends and I had such an amazing time in Casa Ladrillo. Communication with Terri was super easy. She helped arrange round trip transportation from the airport. Andrea, the concierge, was amazing too. When we arrived we were greeted with complimentary quesadillas and margaritas and massages. The speakers connected to the outside of the house also. We found ourselves hanging out in the pool a lot. Loved everything about the house. Downtown is actually really close and easy to get to via taxi or Uber. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay there again!

This house was great for us. It is setup like a 2br/2ba house on the main level, then two more 1br/1ba suites for a total of 4br/4ba. The pool, outdoor grill, outdoor lounge area and outdoor dining table were perfect for our needs. The living area and dining table was large enough for our group of 8. The kitchen was adequate as well. Overall a very nice house. Be sure to report any broken furniture or anything else wrong immediately and take pics for proof.

Our group of twelve stayed in Casa Ladrillo for five days and our Airbnb experience went beyond our expectations. The home was beautiful, sun lit and very clean. The bathrooms and closets were very spacious. It was a fully equipped house, from plenty of extra towels and blankets to kitchenware. The sound system was also amazing, and hooked up to speakers inside and outside the house. There was a very nice outdoor seating area where we could gather and though the pool was small but fit all of us comfortably and was perfect for relaxed mornings. I would recommend going with a Spanish speaker in general - at casa Ladrillo it is very easy to get Ubers into the center, but you do need to call the security guards to let them know the name of your Uber driver. That said, we were grateful for the tight security and felt very safe. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Casa Ladrillo!

Our stay in the house was perfect! It is a lovely house in a great neighborhood. It felt incredibly safe, the house had everything we wanted, including a beautiful pool with a great view, great bbq, and all the food we needed for the entire stay. The house is in walkable area (if you can handle some hills) with only 10-15 minutes to get to the harbor, stores and beaches. Additionally, Terri was incredibly responsive and helped us arrange transportation and provisioning to the house before us arriving there. I would definitely recommend people staying in this house.

Had a great time in Honfleur, and lots to like about the Fisherman's house.
It is in a great position in the old town, easy waking distance to the quay, shops, market, restaurant, etc. It has a brilliant little courtyard garden, large bathroom, good sized lounge and 2 toilets (separate to the bathroom).
House is quite well equipped with TV, DVD, oven, hob, kettle, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, ample cutlery/plates/glasses, etc, and the kitchen area has a handy table and 4 chairs.
The lady owner and the lady the met us at the property speak very little English, so better if you have a French speaker with you.
One bedroom (1st floor) was nicely proportioned/equipped, and had a lovely view out to the sea in the distance). The second bedroom (2nd floor) strangely had no wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes, just a broken chest of drawers (one drawer full of the broken bits). It did have a large shower, but no hand basin (careful in the shower as the temperature can change from warm to freezing/boiling if someone so much as looks at another tap in the house !), also not curtains just a thin blind.
The hot water was a bit erratic, and I think the combi boiler could do with a service, to get the hot water you need to run the tap quite slow - run the tap fast and you will just get cold water.
The cutlery was all a bit grubby when we arrived, so we put it through the dishwasher again, but to be honest the dishwasher didn't do a very good job at all.
There was no information left by the owner with regards how to use any of the equipment, central heating, etc. - but not too hard to work out.
Property does have a garage, unfortunately just a few inches too short to fit in our car(Volkswagen Sharan), but we had no problem parking just up the road towards the chapel.
Communication was a little difficult with the owner as she did not reply to my queries regarding the facilities in the house (advert has very little information, and no contact details for the owner ?). Homeaway did eventually contact the owner and got her to phone me (after initially saying it was nothing to do with them !), but still not sure why she could not just respond to my query?
Lounge is a nice size, but could (I think) do with some chairs or a settee .
So overall it is not a bad place to stay, but could do with a few simple improvements.
Liked Honfleur, very picturesque, loads of nice restaurants, shops, great market on a Saturday .
