We have visited Cabo for many years, staying at some of the best hotels and all-inclusive resorts in the area. But we were tired of the crowded pools, lack of food options, expensive taxi rides and to/from town and the airport. We knew the Pedregal area of Cabo has a great location, safe and secure with gated community, water/sewer, 24 hr. security, but had not rented a house there. We found Baja Sur Vacation Rentals that represents homes in Pedregal area. We rented a 3 bedroom, 3 bath house with pool for 2 weeks. The house has a stunning view of the harbor and is just 15 minutes from downtown Cabo ad everything we needed. Terri and Andrea took care of whatever we needed. For example, they arranged round trip transportation to/from house, welcome drinks, massages, etc. Would rate this as the best accommodations and service we have enjoyed in Cabo. Already reserved another house in March for 2 more weeks. If you want the best location, service, security for your Cabo vacation, trust Baja Sur Vacations Rentals, go with the best and forget the rest!

The house is in a beautiful location with great views and Terri was a very responsive host. The concierge Andrea was absolutely amazing and so helpful. We knew coming to the Airbnb that the furniture was outdated and one of the legs on the kitchen table actually broke the first hour we were there. Andrea was very responsive and had someone come within 10 mins to make a temporary fix. Would come back to stay here again

Casa Bahia exceeded our expectations in the aspects that matter most. It provided a serene ambiance, ideal for reconnecting with close friends. The property has separate sleeping quarters ensuring everyone's comfort, while offering communal spaces for shared experiences. The inviting pool was perfect for refreshing dips, complemented by reliable hot water for soothing showers. Convenience was key, as were amenities like a functional washer and dryer, catering to those who prefer traveling light. The efficient A/C ensured comfortable temperatures for the few hours needed during our stay in March, while we also relished in the refreshing ocean breeze throughout the day. Although some areas of upkeep could use attention, they were minor and didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. We provided the property manager with a list. For the value, in this ideal safe neighborhood, you can expect a few missing tiles and visual wear. Opting to stroll into town, we embraced the opportunity to burn off calories along the moderate inclined return route. Just outside one of the gated and guarded exits, we found a delightful dinner discovery, the Pedregal Pour House (PPH). This hidden gem, conveniently the closest eatery to Casa Bahia, offered culinary delights worth savoring. Additionally, the lunch options at the nearby tennis courts provided pleasant surprises, adding to the charm of our stay. In summary, Casa Bahia provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway.

Booked this villa for my brothers bachelor party, it was all and more than expected. We were met with complimentary snacks, margaritas, and massages! The view is absolutely gorgeous and the location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown Cabo, cheap Uber rides. They helped with the transportation to and from airport and around town. We took advantage of the chef meals and they came in clutch! They were delicious and it was awesome to just wake up to a home cooked meal. Already had all of our friends asking where we stayed because it looked amazing! Would definitely use the villa when we come back!

Great place to stay with a group or a big family! The view from the pool was one of the best views I've ever seen. The host has a great team that helped us coordinate rides, activities, any issues we had, etc. The house itself is in a gated community on the hillside, so if you are walking it's great exercise! 10/10 would recommend.

Casa Bahia was amazing! Myself and 6 of my friends stayed here for our college friends reunion and we had the most amazing time. We were greeted with an amazing welcome and our stay at the villa was all around a great experience. It was so nice to have the pool to lounge by during the day and watch the sunset over the amazing view. The villa is just a short 5 minute or less ride to town which made it very convenient. I come to Cabo very often and my friends who have never been were with me so I wanted to show them a great time. Everyone couldn’t stop raving about this great place we were staying at. Will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to others.

I can't say enough about the views from the pool. We spent the majority of our time on the patio next to the pool enjoying the great weather and views. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made it great when we wanted privacy. I would definitely stay again.

The views and our villa was a 10/10. We had a group of 8 for a bachelorette weekend, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our rental. The communication between Terri and Andrea months and weeks before our trip was very helpful and smooth. The day of travelling could have been really stressful if it wasn't for their help in organizing drivers to and from the airport. Our group was welcomed with complimentary margaritas, quesadillas, chips, pico and guac! On top of that, everyone got a 15 min complimentary massage upon arrival and it was absolutely needed after a whole day of travelling. The location is really close to downtown and the marina. My group walked back to our airbnb every night that we were there, it was at most a 10-15 min walk. We never felt unsafe while we were staying there! The views from our balcony and pool is honestly a whole another level. It was absolutely magical to wake up to see the sunrise from our balcony every morning. Such a stunning view of Cabo and the ocean, and honestly made the trip that much better. The drivers that Andrea coordinated for us for our airport drop off was on time, and super flexible with our pickup/drop off time. Some members of our group had their flight changed spontaneously, so we had to communicate with them about that and they were always so flexible with the changes! I would definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed here with a group of guys and we loved it! The pool with the view really is what the house is all about! We only walked down to the bars at night one time and it wasn’t too bad. We mostly used transportation services. We had trouble with Uber being allowed into the front gate one time, but other than that Pedregal is amazing and the neighborhood is beautiful! The house is pretty basic and the air conditioning didn’t work the greatest. The welcome appetizers were awesome and we ended up using the chef for breakfast the entire stay! Well worth it for the price! Thanks for a great weekend!

We loved our stay at Casa Bahia, perfect for our family of 7. The location was outstanding: Great view, short (10-min) walk into town, and we felt like locals being tucked away on the hill. Terri and her team were wonderful hosts and responsive to our needs; we had no issues during our visit. The house is a little timeworn but very clean, air-conditioned, and adequately stocked with supplies. The pool, while small, was sparkling and more than adequate for daily dips and kid play. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

AMAZING! This home is BEAUTIFUL! From the pool to the floor to ceiling windows. The space is open and airy and just gorgeous. Spent 4 glorious days with my girlfriends to celebrate my upcoming wedding. There was more than enough room for everyone. My host for the weekend made sure that nothing was overlooked. From the welcome massages to the private chef. It was all glorious. The pictures do not do the place justice. It's absolutely beautiful.

Casa Bahia has an amazing location in Pedregal. You have a great view of the landscape and are a 15 minute walk to the heart of town. You can also walk back, but you may want to consider a cab as the house is on a pretty large hill. We had a great time at Casa Bahia and in Cabo San Lucas. It made for a great getaway.

The house was very charming and true to the pictures. We loved staying in an older home with more authentic decor like the tile floors and such. The house is nicely laid out on 2 levels so there’s privacy and space. The sofas in the living room were very comfortable. Pedregal is a fabulous Neigborhood! We loved taking walks up and down the steep hills in the Pedregal Neighborhood everyday for exercise. If you’re so inclined, definitely check out the rest of the mountain on foot, if you take a right out of Casa Bahia and keep going up, you’ll see spectacular views of the marina and the Pacific. Checking was very easy, Terri was very communicate and available before and during our stay. The property manager promptly took care of our issues ( turning up the heat on the pool and replacing the propane tank for the outdoor grill). The view is lovely except for the unfortunate big gray building that is a cultural center in town below... regardless we sat out in the patio and went swimming every day. All the appliances worked fine, we cooked almost every night, and the outdoor grill is really nice, however some of the pots and pans could use to be replaced. The house is really great but could use a few updates like new outdoor cushions and umbrellas, and new white sheets, but otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

The neighborhood and view is absolutely breathtaking, if you can get up early enough to catch the sun rise over the mountains it’s quite a sight to behold! Felt safe the whole time, always had security at posts and they are friendly. My only suggestion is if you plan on staying here, rent a car unless you are planning on getting a serious leg workout. The house sits about half way up the neighborhood which offers amazing views but to get to it there is a pretty steep hill, the first couple of times is no big deal but over the course of a week or with groceries/jugs of water the hill became quite the obstacle. Taxi ride from the bottom to the house ranges between $15-20 USD depending on your driver. Once again, not a complaint but just a suggestion for any future renters!

We had a great time at this house. It is very safe, located in a gated community with a guard. It is close to everything in town. The only issue is the hill you must walk up to get to the house, it can be quite a climb. It is easy enough to get a taxi, but this is something to be aware of. The view is fantastic.

Casa Bahia is a great place to stay in Cabo! First off it is in the beautiful and gated community of Pedregal. It is a 10 minute walk to the marina and downtown Cabo, eliminating the need for a rental car. The view is as good as the pictures show, breathtaking from the patio and pool! The layout of the house is great with a master upstairs and the two separate bedrooms down below with their own large separate deck. I would definitely recommend this house and be a repeat visitor!

A few of my closest girlfriends and I stayed here for my bachelorette trip and it was AMAZING. So amazing that I am still having post-trip blues and it is been over a week! As soon as we arrived, we were blown away by the location on the hill in Pedregal with the best view. The cliffside pool was perfect. We were greeted by Andrea, the concierge, who was welcoming and very helpful. The house, although less modern, had everything we needed and accommodated each of us perfectly, with sufficient bathrooms (a ton of ladies getting ready is never an easy thing). Since it is multi-level, there was enough space for the 6 of us without it feeling too crowded. It was nice to be behind the gates, as it was very safe. The neighborhood itself felt quiet and relaxing, which was perfect for what we wanted (and of course when you want to be less quiet, Mandala and the other clubs are a quick ride away). Had so much fun and am already thinking about excuses to get back out there and rent the same house, if not another Pedregal property!

I stayed with my two adult sons at Casa Bahia for a wonderful, relaxing vacation and we were not disappointed. Reservations went smoothly and the property manager met us timely. The house is on a beautiful property overlooking the city of Cabo San Lucas and the Marina. There is an pool outside the living area that is built on a bluff, and we felt we were on top of the world! Everything was as advertised, the house was well furnished and clean. We were notified upon arrival that the dishwasher was broken which was not a big deal but would have been a disappointment if we had done much cooking. Also the cable TV was not functioning properly. But these were minor inconveniences and I would absolutely stay here again. Three large bedrooms, tiled bathrooms. Built with style. The community is quiet, safe and secure with a guarded entrance and only a 15 minute walk downhill from town. Taxi rides back averaged $15. We went into town each day and were happy to return "home" to our casa at night. Overall an excellent experience!
Great Location, Exceptional View

A very enjoyable stay at Casa Bahia. Not too far up the hill for our 30-something group of ladies to walk the 10 mins to the restaurants and shops. 20 min walk to the night life area, 15 min walk to the beach. The area is quiet too which makes for nice outdoor afternoon naps. The view from the pool deck is exactly what we wanted. Sunrise is breathtaking each morning. The house is very nice and a few minor upgrades would make is great (better shower heads, door handles falling off, slow sink drain). Seating (inside and out) could be a bit more comfy but none of these small things took away from our Cabo vacation! Baja Sur was fantastic at helping to plan the trip- in home massages, mani-pedis, and a killer chef made us dinner one night too. Great value and would stay again if we ever venture back to Cabo.

I have stayed at a lot different properties in Pedregal over the years. As this may have not been the nicest, it was a GREAT deal and everything we expected for this trip. House was clean, nicely furnished. We easily walked into town and taxi backed daily. Happen to have a rental car this trip, which is advisable staying anywhere on the hillside or top of Pedregal to make random trip easier. Property manager was very nice and met us timely, management company was highly communicative. Would rent again!! Thanks!

Really enjoyed our stay. There were a few maintenance issues which were quickly resolved by the management company including one on Christmas Day! Nice furnishings, short walk to the marina. Would definitely rent again!
