We came in from San Diego for a few days and this property was excellent. Greg the owner was very accommodating. Whenever I come to Cabo I take advantage of the chef service. I highly recommend it. The pool was great to lay out in the last day to relax. Great price and value. You won't regret it!

Big windows and a great outdoor area to sunbathe and relax in the pool and tub. Two stories with really big bedrooms. Beds were comfy and the amenities were exactly what we needed. The owner was very friendly and super helpful. The location, perched above the Marina, provided an amazing view. Easy to get into town either walking down or taking Uber (although it's best to take an Uber back up).

Some of the best views of Cabo San Lucas you can get, all of which viewable from an amazing private spa and pool. The host, Greg, was responsive and we could not fault a single thing from our time there. Will be making the trip back here when we return to Cabo.

The Villa overlooks the marina and as such is located on a very steep hillside in Pedregal. One can walk down but not easily uphill, so a car or uber is recommended. Upon arrival the place was a bit dusty, maybe due to the construction in the area, cleaning could be better, and towels and bath mats The owner and Sheila were nice and helpful to get tv's and hotub going. The view alone make up for the price.

Greg,the owner, was very helpful and prompt when we had a couple small issues. Nice short term stay. The spa/pool is very tricky to operate. The home is comfortable, somewhat dated, but totally liveable, close to town, secure, great view both day and night!

This home is spacious, all the amenities, drop dead view, walking distance to town, has a great pool (that can be heated up slightly by turning on the hot tub), and a great home owner with excellent local recommendations. It's definitely got a man cave vibe and could use a good deep clean but we really enjoyed it. For two couples, you can't beat the price for everything it has to offer.

Our trip to Cabo was amazing and Villa La Sheila was perfect! The private pool and hot tub with the beautiful view was our favorite part. The owner was out of town for our stay, but he had his neighbors greet us and help us with reservations, recommendations, and anything else we needed. They were always there for us, but didn't bug us or come by unannounced, which was perfect for our needs. We had in-room massages and in-room private chef meals and we would have been happy never leaving our room (but we did for a couple of dinners and a sunset cruise). So relaxing!

Location, location, location

Such a wonderful property! The location is everything - quick walk down to the marina, gated for security and low noise levels. Very spacious villa that is well kept. The pool/hot tub have the best views, not to mention sunrise on the patio with a cup of coffee in the morning! This is great for 2 couples, a family or just 2 people who want to relax in a more private setting. The leasing company was fantastic! They setup up our transportation, pre-stocked our groceries and scheduled our COVID tests. Always available to answer questions and even recommended a wonderful car service for those times we needed transportation around the city. The entire rental process was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

Came here for a little getaway and was not disappointed, place was amazing and owner very hospitable and attentive. Location is great to where you need to go but why leave when you have a private jacuzzi and pool with a spectacular view. Uber only $3 to get to town and when you do, eat at Ponchos on the Marina very great food. Will definitely stay here again.

Paradise overlooking Cabo San Lucas

Pedregal is the place to be when staying in Cabo San Lucas and you want to be close to the action and yet far enough removed from the noise and chaos when you are ready to relax. The view is amazing, the house is layed out great with upstairs living and bedrooms on second floor below with full balcony on both levels. The highlight of the trip was meeting Greg and Shyla! We loved how easy it was to walk down the hill into town, over to Pedregal beach, Lovers beach etc. and we burned a few calories walking back up the hill and took an Uber when we were being lazy :-).

This house & host are the greatest! The home was clean and smelling nice. Host was awesome and came right over to meet us, he also stayed in constant contact with us during the stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and was willing to get us anything we didn't have. He really cares about his guest and he proved that to us.
