There we were on the top of a sand dune with an unimpeded view of the Pacific and purple pots of flowers everywhere and hummingbirds within inches. And then whales frolicking a few feet off the shore everyday!! And the mountains& cliffs! That was truly the most physically beautiful place we've ever seen. My last rental was March 2009 and Villa Andaluza was clean, well decorated and absolutely stunning. The house manager was available to answer our questions whenever we needed his help!

We returned from our trip to Cabo on Thursday night and we had a great time. Thank You for ALL the arrangements. Everything was great. We just had some minor issues with Car (one of the rental car's transmission was out) and a pick up for the Pirate Cruise never showed. But no big deal as the car was replaced quickly and as regards the cruise we ended up taking a water taxi to the arch and had a good time there.
Manuel was great help and he always responded when we needed anything.
Casa Fair is a great home with all amenities and of course a best location. The children had a good time on the pool and on the beach.

We have stayed at Casa de Las Flores two times in the past year and are excited about booking our next trip. The home was in excellent condition, clean, all the ammenities you would ever dream of needing were provided, the maid service was phenomenal and the outdoor living area with pool, jacuzzi and outdoor music were icing on the cake.
We would strongly recommend not only this home, but also Baja Sur Vacation Rentals. They helped us with our rental car, provided us with a doctor's phone number when we needed some medical attention, they made us feel as though we were right at home and were available to meet all of our needs. You can't go wrong with this vacation home or rental company.

My wife and I spent 4 days and 3 nights in this unit. The condo community was very quiet and charming on the Pacific shore. It had breakfast and lunch service by the pool which we loved. Then for the evening, downtown Cabo was only a 5 to 10 minute walk away.
The room was a large studio with a separate bedroom section with the remaining section a kitchen with livingroom, and an outdoor patio.It had daily maid service and the reception desk staff was very helpful in planning our activities. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The Villa was perfect for my needs as I only needed a place to sleep and shower. I rented Perla several times and spent very little time actually in the villa because my wife and I were in process of building our villa in the Punta Ballena community. The bed mattress is a bit "Aged" and parking was an issue a few times. But overall, Villa Perla #254 is a great value at the end of the day.

This villa was fine, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We had been at the Los Cabos Hilton before this villa and we called the villa bed the "concrete bed" in contrast to the Hilton bed. The mattress was non-existent, it was very hard.
Other than that, the villa was nice and had everything we needed. The pools were great, the beach was great, great view. And it wasn't that far from town to walk.

Great Views, very clean, and top notch service (maids, pool guy, masseuses). You don't have to bring anything except your clothes.
They have plenty of bath towels, beach towels, professional kitchen utensils, all to enjoy with your friends or just have a nice romantic evening with your girlfriend/wife.

Arlene and I arrived home last night with every flight working out perfectly. Smooth as silk. Our stay in Cabo turned out to be wonderful. We were met at Casa de Amor by Alejandro and your welcoming gift, we we much appreciate.
Alejandro turned out to be very helpful. (The garbage disposal did not work, and the master bedroom toilet would not flush - he solved the problems immediately.) The weather was perfect until the last day when it rained the entire day (!). Everyone said that the rain was most unusual. Our dinner at Palmilla was very special. The view from Casa de Amor was spectacular, and the grandchildren loved swimming in the pool and playing in the spa.

Casa Cascades is FABULOUS! We did an amazing photoshoot in and around the house for one of our very upscale jewelry clients. We shot most of the campaign at the actual property shots of the beautiful jacuzzi that waterfalls into the pool with the ocean as our backdrop; shots of the entry way leading up in to the house with the magnificent cliffs surrounding it; several shots on the rooftop terrace around the firepit at dusk; the list goes on and on! Really Spectacular! The villa was able to accommodate the client as well as crew which was a great bonding time for us. We really enjoyed our evenings cooking together after each day ended and relaxing in the pool at sunset. We were close to the market and the shopping too which made it so nice to stock up on what we needed for the week or venture out if we wanted. I would highly recommend staying there for business or pleasure! Hopefully we will make another trip someday soon!

When you hear/read, "5-Star Resort" in Mexico you sort of hold your breath. You know? Well, you can exhale with regards to Casa Del Mar (Zostry Resort). The people were wonderful, the property was absolutely beautiful. Well maintained and clean. Perla #101 was a perfect little hide away for two. We felt very safe and well cared for.

My experience in Cabo was full of fun and sun.. the weather was great, the people were great, we had a wonderful time, our condo at first was not good, but Nanci B stepped in and changed us to Villa Tortuga a beautiful condo that was a wonderful experience.
The only thing about this resort Terro Sol was the pool bar closed to early and there was not a place to eat on site, but the two resorts on either side of us was wonderful and so much fun...if you go to Cabo you need to make sure you visit Cabo Wabo Bar, fun fun fun....we would go back again in a heart beat.

Stayed at the Casa Diamond in the Tesoro Plaza. Even though it's not "part of" the hotel, the hotel staff was accomodating and helped to get our bags to our room and treated us very nice. Casa Diamond itself was very comforatable, perfectly suited our needs. The only thing I would improve is small things like the lighting in the second bedroom, it's a little dark and dingy, but all we did was sleep in there anyway. Location, location, location. We could walk right out, down the stairs and in 2 minutes be on the boardwalk, or straight out the front and across the street to the downtown area and all the shops, restaurants and clubs.
We like having everything we needed right in our room, 2 bdms, 2 baths, fridge, stove, washer/dryer, TV, both local and free calls to the US included, very awesome. Giovani met us, and waited a lonnnng time for us, to show us our condo as we were pretty late getting in, with a big smile on his face he was the best...the only complaint anyone had was the 'slightly' obstructed view of the marina, but it was not enough to ruin the trip, there was plenty of people watching going on from our deck and everyone loved it! Thank you Nanci and Giovani for your help and attentiveness to all our wants and needs!!

Mornings at Villa Buenaventura is unlike any other vacation we have experienced~~enjoying coffee on the outdoor patio and catching a glimpse of the whales, watch fishing boats race out for the day, or even take a casual walk on the beach. The home has sliding patio doors that open on two sides of the living room - which makes for seamless entertainment. This is a home that you just have to stay in to appreciate. Baja Sur Vacation Rentals has been the ONLY vacation company we will work with in Cabo San Lucas. They will arrange (or help you through the process) of everything you need, from airport pick-up, to recommendations for dining, and transportation to/from excursions. We have stayed in three different properties of Baja Sur and been extremely satisfied with each of them.

Located in the lovely and desirable Pedregal area of Cabo San Lucas, Casa Oasis was a wonderful retreat with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. We loved staying in a private home rather than a hotel. It was a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown and the marina. It was just a short walk to the beach. It was a fully equipped home with numerous amenities.
We especially enjoyed the comfortable living and dining areas, the spacious bedrooms and baths, and the outdoor cooking area with pool. Most of all, the views of the Pacific were spectacular and we appreciated the privacy of staying in a home away from home. The management team of Baja Sur Vacation Rentals made us feel so welcome and were very detail oriented. They arranged special dinner cruises, snorkeling, and other fun activities for us. Villa del Sol is a very comfortable, spacious villa located in Pedregal. There are 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, which can comfortably fit at least 8 people. The villa was kept very clean, as there was daily maid service. Also, the management company was able to accommodate last-minute requests, including having a chef come to the villa to cook breakfast for us the following morning. It is certainly one of the best-valued villas we were able to find in Cabo, and I would highly recommend this villa to groups of 8-10 people.

Our group of nine adults spent a memorable week in February. The home is wonderfully complete - great relaxation areas inside and out; kitchen modern and well equipped - the chefs we had loved the set up! All the bedrooms were spacious and faced the ocean, pool and whirlpool. We so enjoyed the flora - a feast to the eyes. We spent hours on the very sandy wide beach of the Sea of Cortez - a five minute walk. The villa staff was very attentive and took care of all our needs. We felt very safe being in a gated community. His gucamole and fresh salsa are the best! The BBQ Chicken, Steak, Pork & Fajita meals were all first rate! The arrangements provided by Nanci Benefiel including airport transfers, whale watching, fishing charters, golf outtings and exclusive restaurant reservations were outstanding! Superb food, drinks, and 5 rounds of tequila tasting plus tip for $685 is tough to beat. Bravo, well done, we will be back!

Villa Buena Vida is a great property with a stunning view. Our extended family stayed here for a week in January. The weather was perfect. The house is well maintained and has wonderful ammentiies. The staff does a great job of taking care of things. We enjoyed nice meals prepared by the staff. The drivers who transported us to and from the airport were friendly and informative. I would love to go back someday.

"Fantastic home and location--Our New Paradise"
This year, my wife and I decided to spend two months in the Los Cabo's area, with our pet dog. While we have vacationed in Cabo for many years, this was our first long term stay. What a wonderful location and home. The home is beautiful, with large living areas, a fantastic pool, three large, comfortable bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen Overlooking and just steps to the beach.
The location is just perfect. Being in San Jose, the home is close enough to Cabo to take advantage of Cabo's many activities, yet quiet and relaxed. The beach seemed endless, and morning walks were wonderful. Our little dog met many new people and doggie friends on these morning beach walks.
We especially enjoyed eating many of our meals on by our private pool, watching the ocean and the beach. The unique tile murals within the home were beautiful, and added to the overall Mexican look and feel of the home.
On-site maid service and maintenance was available, and was excellent.
We are already planning our next trip to Casa de la Playa Portobello for 2012.

Traveled with my two daughters, 7 and 8, along with my husband and his parents. Casa Gallo was the perfect location to have the full cabo experience. The house is well maintained and was fully stocked with the essentials like coffee and spices, all you need to do is bring your sunscreen and something to throw on the grill! Amazing views from the balcony, watched the sunrise every day! My suggestion is to explore the town, not just the marina, as the locals eat in town and you get the true Mexican experience there!!

Stayed at Terra Sol condo's. Right in town between two 5 star resorts and within walking distance of town and the Marina. Right on the beach, with a couple of pools, pool bar, restaurant too. Didn't have internet access or cable tv, but hey, we were on vacation. The resort up the street was great and we went there to have our boarding passes printed out by the concierge. No charge. I liked the condo. It was 2 bedroom and bath and the price was far, far less than the resort and it was quiet and we had a big patio and kitchen and laundry. The gal who rented us the condo Baja Sur Vacation Rentals, gave me her favorite restaurants (and they were great) plus she arranged all of our extra activities prior to our trip...all pre-paid, which made our vacation easy. Of course you can arrange your extra trips when you arrive, but everyone is trying to get your business, and it was easier to have it already done. There is one thing that I might do on my next trip and that is to take the large dinner cruise. This time we went on a catamaran (small) dinner cruise on the Risselena. It was just perfect! My favorite restaurants are Romeo & Julietta's, Alexanders (on the marina) and Maria Corona's. Great food and reasonable too. Call Nanci at Baja Sur Vacation Rentals if you want the best help in planning your Cabo vacation.

We brought our kids and their friends (aged 17 - 22) to Cabo for Spring Break and stayed at Casa de Mario. Seven people total. Everything mentioned about the house was absolutely right: great location, great price, great weather. The casa had everything we needed: beach bags and towels for day trips, the City Club two blocks away for stocking the fridge, a home-made travel guide for where to go and what to do, games and movies for early nights in, and much more. Of course, the kids enjoyed the mall - while Mom and Dad enjoyed the casino! We made a big breakfast every morning and went out for fabulous meals at night. We would have paid much more for two or three resort hotel rooms; it was so nice to all be together. I highly recommend Casa de Mario.

I took an extended weekend trip with four friends of mine to Cabo and we stayed at the Casa de Mario. The house was perfect. There was plenty of space and each bedroom had at least two beds. The housekeeper was nice and even washed our clothes. The location is perfect because you are about halfway between Medano Beach (the main beach in town) and the city center where all the nightlife is. This way you end up saving money on cabs because everything is a block or two away. I would recommend this to anyone looking to book a group trip.

I've stayed twice at this property. The photographs show exactly how comfortable and well-maintained it is. If you want any of the action in Cabo, you'll find the main part of the town is just a few minutes's walk away as are the beach and the port. If you want to be away from the action, the house is private and completly secluded behind high walls and an easy to open gate to allow you to protect a car should you have one, although a car is hardly necessary. I've recommended this house to everyone I can imagine who would enjoy a week or two in Cabo.

My girl friends and I were planning a Bachelorette party, and we didn’t want to do the same old tired trip to Vegas. So we decided to head down to Cabo San Lucas and spend a few days in the sun. We chose to stay at Casa de Mario because it offers a great deal for a big party like ours (eight people), and is within walking distance to Medano beach and lots of clubs and restaurants. We didn’t have to worry about renting a car or catching a taxi, which would add up for a large party like ours, so that was a total plus. The house is very spacious; our party of eight had plenty of room to spread out. The house has a pool, which offers private lounging and sunbathing. Each bedroom has a full bath attached to it, and there is an additional half bathroom downstairs, which allowed all the girls to get ready to go out at the same time. The house is located just around the corner from the Melia, which is one of the nicest, high-end resorts in Cabo. The girls and I spent a lot of our time hanging out there, lounging at the pool and at their nightclub. Casa de Mario is in collaboration with the hotel Marina Sol (just around the corner), so when we had any questions regarding excursions or trips, they were very helpful. They helped us plan a day trip to Todos Santos and horse back riding on the beach. We stayed for four nights, and every morning we would walk to the beach and have breakfast at the Office or the Melia. We liked eating on the beach and watching the waves, but there are so many restaurants to pick from in that area. In all, I’m so glad we found this gem, and would definitely stay there again when returning to Cabo.

If you're looking for an alternative to another cookie-cutter hotel room & have between 3-9 people in your group, Casa de Mario is a fantastic choice in Cabo. As others have mentioned, the location is truly ideal-- just a couple blocks from *the* beach in Cabo with the fancy hotels/fun bars. We had 5 folks in our party, and the 3 upstairs bedrooms (w/a queen + single bed in each) + 3.5 baths were great to give everyone their own space. The upstairs can get a little warm during the afternoon sun, but don't be fooled-- it cools right down at night; we didn't even use the A/C in our bedroom. The main floor has loads of space-- 2 areas with couches + a big table + open kitchen + private pool are all great common areas for socializing with your group. The kitchen had everything needed to whip up some meals/snacks, though we followed recommendation of breakfast at "The Office" both mornings we were there! The vonage phone at the house was a nice touch to be able to chat w/friends in the States during our stay. The whole place was very clean, and both the maid & pool guy stopped by during our stay. I investigated other house options around Cabo before booking Casa de Mario, but I didn't find anything else that could match this very reasonable price point with your own pool + the ability to walk to all the restaurants/bars in town. If you're worried about not having a property right on the beach, we solved that by negotiating with one of the security guys at the fancy hotel beach clubs & secured lounge chairs on the beach + use of their massive pool all day for $100 pesos-- a much better deal! In summary, definitely worth staying here if you want to be close to all the action in Cabo!

This was the ULTIMATE PARADISE…a slice of heaven!!! My friends and I did not want to leave! This was by far the most beautiful vacation home I have ever stayed in. I felt like I was a princess from the moment I arrived. Every night while sleeping you could leave your bedroom door open and hear the waves crash…while eating breakfast on the terrace you could hear the sound of bat rays jumping up as well as see them and whales swim by. It was truly amazing!
Words cannot describe it and pictures do not serve justice. The service was EXCELLENT!! Tina gave amazing hot stone massages, Eduardo was a fantastic server (he said that he had never seen anyone go through as many tequila bottles as we did). Angel prepared the most amazing and delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and it was so nice to have meals together outside with the beautiful views.

I just loved my stay here. the appliances were all new and the kitchen is decked out with Granite countertops ... you feel like you in a multi million dollar home. We love Casa Campana and its location. Right on the golf course overlooking the ocean -- what's not to love!? Nicely located in the upscale Baja Sur development near The One & Only Palmilla, between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Even though we still have our favorite restaurants in the area, our most romantic meals were barbeques under the poolside palapa and dining sitting in the pool at the swim-up bar in the afternoons and evenings... magnificent. The house is modern yet feels like home, has plenty of room and a lovely little guest casita across a wonderfully peaceful courtyard & fountain. We'll continue to return for great holidays. Super-nice management, too.

I didn't particularly care for Cabo as a destination. The weather in June was relatively cold; the water temperature was too cold to participate in water sports and the city was too american/"Miami-ish".
However, the house for which we rented was spacious and pretty in a very safe and secluded area. The house could easily accomodate 2 families. There were a couple of things substandard issues with the rental the pool table (which was a draw for our family) was unplayable as it was missing felt, the refridgerator was dripping and dirty, the pool was not heated for the first few days so we couldn't swim.
The chef and Elmer were amazing and Nanci Benefiel was wonderful in supporting our travel arrangements and plans. She recommended many fine restaurants and wonderful outtings included our visit to the outback where we learned about the vegetation and took a camel ride.

Villa de Los Suenos was spectacular! We went with a group of 16 people and never felt crowded, whether we were in the pool or in the same room in the house b/c the villa was so spacious. No detail is left out: from the decor, to the floor plan, to the finishes, to the home being wired for internet as well as stereo controls in each room, to the most comfortable bath robes I've ever worn. The views were amazing and I can't imagine staying in a place that is more comfortable. I normally miss my bed when I'm away for a long time but right now I'm missing sleeping at Los Suenos. The bedrooms are spread out so that every room is quiet at night. And oh yeah, it was really nice that the home had Vonage so we could call back home whenever we wanted for no cost. Wish I would have know that in advance, I would have saved $5 switching to the international plan for my cell phone during my vacation. Ha, ha!
The staff was incredible and catered to our every need. They made sure the fridge was stocked with everything we ordered in advance and went to town to buy us whatever we needed, whenever we needed. However, one piece of advice for when you stock your fridge in advance, be cautious of the cost of some items in Mexico, some things like water, liquor are much more expensive (water is 4x the cost) as they are in the us.
Loved meeting the owner of the house. He was so cool that he even let us keep his dogs at the house during some of the days. Not everyone in our group appreciated that, but the dog lovers did.
The chef was amazing and what a value! We had breakfast made a couple times as well as a Mexican buffet for dinner. I highly recommend that service for anyone staying at the villa.

We spent our birthdays at Casa Cascadas in Cabo San Lucas early aug. 2011. What a truly a memorable week! The villa is on 4 levels and located in an upscale area (Pedregal) of Cabo San Lucas overlooking the Pacific Ocean. While the villa tastefully appointed, it is also user friendly--not at all stuffy or fussy. The rooms--there are four--are large and comfortable with private baths and each room has a stellar view of the Pacific ocean by day and the lights of Cabo at night. The kitchen is well-appointed and available to guests 24-7. The maid and houseman are very discrete but keep the villa tidy and clean. For a small amount, the houseman is also an accomplished chef who will cook for guests if requested. Above all though, it is the superlative and stunning views of the Pacific from nearly every room in the villa that make you never want to leave! It was a week in paradise and we can't wait to go back!

Having vacationed in multiple locales in Mexico and the Cabo area in particular, my husband and I were most impressed with the Punta Ballena area. The Villa Solana Private Residences at Esperanza are something most special. The flow of the living room to the patio gives a feeling of delightful open space and privacy at the same time. Decorator quality furnishings persist throughout this unit. It was a total joy for us to vacation in this unit and we heartily recommend it. Know there may be lots of choices around, but this unit is a real winner.

Our family loves Villa Pelicano. After our first stay we were hooked and have chosen to stay at the Pelicano every time we visit Cabo. Our family of seven plus my parents were able to spread out comfortably. Between the super easy access to the ocean and the private swimming pool our children were entertained all week long. The Balcony is a highlight. The view of the beach is incredible. On our last stay we had a whale come within 30 feet of the beach and directly in front of the villa. We watched it surface and play from the balcony! The entire villa is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Even though the tacos in town are to die for we rarely leave the villa. It has everything we need and we hate missing one minute of the beauty and the sound of crashing waves.

These units are close to downtown and very quiet at night. Make sure you have a BBQ or Oven before you go shopping if you are planning on cooking. We only had a cooktop so the rest of the food we purchased before we arrived in the condo was given to our maid e.g. pizza, chicken, steaks, etc. Condo was clean, the beds were not great but did the trick. Too quiet for us - we preferred a little more action on the other side of the marina "medona beach" not sure of the spelliing. If you want quiet this is the place. Oh Mario - at the pool was fabulous - what a great guy!

Villa Tortuga has great view of the ocean with outside seating that is comfortable. I was glad that one of the pool areas offered food at reasonable prices so you didn't have to worry about breakfast or lunch if you didn't want to. The location is really close to the harbor where there is shopping and eating. The condo itself is very nicely done however we did find that the living room seating was uncomfortable. The beds made up for that. Lots of storage in bedrooms and was glad there was extra bedding and bath necessities. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook whatever. Really enjoyed our stay - everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Wundham #32 is beautifully decorated, clean, safe and indigenous to Mexico. The rooms are quiet with breath-taking views and provide an energy-efficient ambience. It's centrally located to everything; walking distance or short-cab to most sights. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful no matter what the request (especially Roberto and Enrique). Although the all-inclusive package was inexpensive and convenient, wouldn't recommend it for more than a few days. Mostly because the food menu provided no variety; there are about 12 items and the same items are for lunch and dinner. As well, the restaurant ran out of basic items like syrup and bacon which was nuts given the volume of guest plus it remained this way without any resolution. The bar had the same issue. The alcoholic drinks were very low in "liquor", and at times, undrinkable because of the laissez faire of the bartenders; except for Omar (lobby bar). His drinks were impeccable, and his recommendations, always hit the mark. All in all, we liked Tesoro and look forward to revisiting. It exceeded what we had expected and hoped for especially given the cost. We highly recommend putting a special kitty aside for tipping. You have to tip everybody no matter where you are, what they did or where you go. It becomes quite annoying at times but understandable when you realize it's the cultural standard. Be wary of the consistent barrage of "time-share" and "excursion" handlers. They are everywhere and they all have the "best deal in town". Any excursion is nice but the aTV and parasailing were the greatest treats!

What a Great Place to stay!!!"
We had a wonderfull time during our stay. The view every morning leaving the house down the hill was beautifull. Having access to the resort across the street was good, we had to pay $10.00 per person each day , it would be nice if that was a free pass. Acess to the highway and getting around was good. The maid service was great ,she really did a good job each day. I purchased a Fishing rod and reel duing my stay!! I like surf fishing ,so I fished in the mornings in front of the resort. I had to leave the fishing rod at the house, i could not pack it in my bag. I did bring the reel back with me. it would probably be nice it there was 1- Rod and reel there for any guest thta wanted to try there hand a fishing!!! Having someone meet us at the house was great ( Manual) It was great that he could pick up flowers for my wife and have them at the house when we arrived, big surprise for Betty.The arrangment you made for us with the Caturman and dinner was wonderfull. I think if guest new more about the San Jose area ,The new marina and new shops downtown that would be good. We did not find that untill Wed or Thursday. Overall everything was great!!! Villa Cielito is located on a bluff just above Chileno Bay, the views are amazing! Slept with the doors open every night just to hear the waves crashing on the shore. The staff was incredibly helpful and make a fantastic breakfast for us.

This past week I had the opportunity to stay at Villa Cielito with business associates. Upon arrival we enjoyed chicken quesadillas, fresh guacamole, pico de gallo, chips and drinks. This charming home is in a great location on a swimming beach about 15 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace prepared by the on site staff Carlos, Alicia, Dona and Vincente. The meal was excellent. The home offers 7 private suites, beautiful grounds and large gathering areas. There are kayaks for guest's use and a 45 ft Sportfisher at a discount. We took a harbor cruise at sunset during our stay with Captain Ricardo and First Mate Jose. This villa is perfect for families, groups of friends or corporate retreats.

I rented Casas Las Brisas for my birthday celebration with a big group of friends this October.
First of all, let me say Nanci Benefiel from Bajasurvacation rentals, went above and beyond from day one. From renting us the villa to coordinating airport drop off/pick ups and helping stock the fridge with food/drink she was responsive and thorough before, during and after the trip.
The house is large, beautiful and in a great location! Actually, the pictures on most websites don't do it enough justice as it was much nicer than we expected. The beach was a very close walk and we had it to ourselves the whole trip!
Nanci also greeted us with margaritas and chips/guac when we walked in the door!
The daily housekeeper - Letty was amazing! She was so nice and always went above and beyond! We also hired two cooks to come in every day for breakfast - these guys were great and so accommodating to our group!
We did have some maintenance issues during our stay with an aC out in one of the rooms that couldn't be fixed and a plumbing issue in another room at the end of the trip.
But despite those issues we would stay here again - the house was so epic!

"A great alternative to a hotel for a group or family!"
If you have enough people in your party to disperse the cost, this is a far cheaper way to have a great time in a place like Cabo. With just three couples sharing this large 4 bedroom, two story home, we paid far less than a comparable hotel, we saved more money on the meals we made in, and it's so much easier to enjoy each other's company in the privacy of a home with a private pool, spa, and bbq than to each have a separate hotel room. The only thing that needs to be taken into consideration is that it's too far up the hill to walk into town for the restaurants, beaches, clubs, and marina activities. While the quietness of the gated neighborhood was nice, the gate, maid, and patrol staff were all very nice, you do need to be prepared to drive to everywhere you want to go. In the end, it was a much more enjoyable option for my group than any hotel would have been.

"The house is big and fits perfect the stay of large family"
We were 2 families and a single and had a great time in Casa de Mario. The house is very close to the beach, supermarkets and the Marina area. The only problem is the noise during the night from the nearby street. This could be fixed by improving the windows isolation.

"Beautiful condo"
This a beautiful condo! The condo is very quiet and secluded, yet close enough to downtown that you can walk. If you are going to Cabo to fish this condo is a five minute walk to the marina.
The day we arrived I walked out onto one of the two balconies and was amazed at the view of the Ocean from the balcony.
The only downside is the Wi-fi that is available is through the lobby and the range is very limited.
I would definately stay here again. For the price you can not beat this condo.

I was there with my one year old baby. she loved the space we had, she felt like we were home. lots of space. everything you need in the kitchen is there for your use. having a kitchen saved us alot of money. it was great.
