Great vacation with friends at Casa las Brisas. It is a beautiful villa and extremely peaceful. Beautiful pool and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Our group hired someone to cook breakfast daily and someone to clean. Only issue was poor water pressure and water in our shower was always room temperature.

First of all, let me say Nanci Benefiel from Bajasurvacation rentals, went above and beyond from day one. From renting us the villa to coordinating airport drop off/pick ups and helping stock the fridge with food/drink she was responsive and thorough before, during and after the trip.
The house is large, beautiful and in a great location! Actually, the pictures on most websites don't do it enough justice as it was much nicer than we expected. The beach was a very close walk and we had it to ourselves the whole trip!
Nanci also greeted us with margaritas and chips/guac when we walked in the door!
The daily housekeeper - Letty was amazing! She was so nice and always went above and beyond! We also hired two cooks to come in every day for breakfast - these guys were great and so accommodating to our group!
We did have some maintenance issues during our stay with an aC out in one of the rooms that couldn't be fixed and a plumbing issue in another room at the end of the trip.
But despite those issues we would stay here again - the house was so epic!
