Stayed at Terra Sol condo's. Right in town between two 5 star resorts and within walking distance of town and the Marina. Right on the beach, with a couple of pools, pool bar, restaurant too. Didn't have internet access or cable tv, but hey, we were on vacation. The resort up the street was great and we went there to have our boarding passes printed out by the concierge. No charge. I liked the condo. It was 2 bedroom and bath and the price was far, far less than the resort and it was quiet and we had a big patio and kitchen and laundry. The gal who rented us the condo Baja Sur Vacation Rentals, gave me her favorite restaurants (and they were great) plus she arranged all of our extra activities prior to our trip...all pre-paid, which made our vacation easy. Of course you can arrange your extra trips when you arrive, but everyone is trying to get your business, and it was easier to have it already done. There is one thing that I might do on my next trip and that is to take the large dinner cruise. This time we went on a catamaran (small) dinner cruise on the Risselena. It was just perfect! My favorite restaurants are Romeo & Julietta's, Alexanders (on the marina) and Maria Corona's. Great food and reasonable too.
