Camels in Cabo?
Cabo Adventures has done it again by offering a new, unique tour for our visitors in Los Cabos. Starting January 1, Cabo Adventures is offering their Outback and Camel Safari! This new tour is a memorable eco-adventure offered to small groups. Off-road Unimog trucks take participants into the heart of the Baja outback on a trip of wonder and discovery. Enjoy spectacular views, delicious food and an exciting camel ride in Rancho San Cristobal with knowledgeable, experienced guides.
Once at your destination, the experienced guides will take you through untouched desert vegetation amongst indigenous flora and fauna for a special eco experience. Taking a short drive down an arroyo to a beautiful pristine Pacific Beach you will be in for an exciting camel ride. The gentle beasts will carry you on a fun and unique caravan across the white sands of the beach. Keep your eyes open for whales during the winter months.
Next you are off to a local ranch where you will be served traditional Mexican food of hand made tortillas, beans and salsas. After this delicious meal it will be time to head back to Cabo where you will enjoy fabulous views and excellent photo opportunities of the Baja desert. Plan to enjoy endless stretches of virgin coastline while relaxing and sampling some local Tequila.
This tour is 4 ½ hours long at the price of $99.00 USD for adults and $70.00 USD for children. Minimum age is 6. This tour begins at the Cabo Adventures location in Cabo San Lucas. Cabo Adventures provides transportation after the tour back to wherever you are staying while in Cabo.
The Outback & Camel Safari runs daily.

Cabo San Lucas 30th Annual Bisbee Results
30th Annual Bisbee Black and Blue sets record
Wow, what a fishing tournament this year! A few changes in tournament rules were made one being the use of only circle hooks for both live and dead bait and live online GPS tracking was provided. After the first day a new record was set for the number and size of fish that arrived to the scale. There were 9 fish the first day the largest at 599 lb. balck. At the other end of the spectrum was a 351 lb black.
The biggest loser was an 800 lb. black that took more than 5 ½ hours to catch but arrived at the scales a few minutes late so could not be counted. Obviously the team of The Great Escape was disappointed but the next day landed a 440lb black.
Day 2 brought only 4 qualifiers, the largest being a 484 lb black caught by John Boratto of Team 10 Brothers on Dreamweaver.
Congrats to Jon and his Dreamweaver Team!
