February 5  Constitution Day  (Día de la Constitución) – This day commemorates the signing of Mexico’s third constitution on the 5th of February 1917. It continues to be the basis of the Mexican legal system to this day.

February 6  Join all of Cabo  at THE B lounge, inside Casa Dorada Los Cabos Resort & Spa at Medano Beach in Cabo San Lucas. Participate in the world-wide efforts to assist Haiti during this crisis.

February 11-16 Annual Mardi Gras Carnival
  The week long event takes place along the La Paz malecon (boardwalk) from early in the evening through the wee hours of the morning.  The main street in downtown will be closed to traffic with dozens of food, drink and entertainment booths set up. Parade of floats, crowning of the carnival’s queen and king, live music and loads of fun are in store.  A great opportunity to mingle with local families.

Southern Lights Artists Group sponsored by the Old Town Gallery.  Art show and sale benefitting Liga M.A.C. at Capestre Beach Club.  Free.  Art, refreshments, live music and auction.

February21    Casa Tour and Fashion Show at Rancho Leonero

Todos Santos 7th Annual Fur Ball at Hotel California.  Art auction, raffle, dinner, music and dancing.  Tickets at Hotel California, Tecolote Bookstore, Canada del Diablo, La Esquina.  250 pesos or 300 pesos at the door.

Cabo Yacht Party Aboard the Cabo Rey 9 PM-3 AM
Tres Deseos Foundation is hosting this party to support art programs for local children. Board the Cabo Rey at 9:00. The Yacht departs at 11 and returns at 1 AM. Party continues until 3 AM. Tickets are $50.00 USD which includes food and free national drinks all night long.
Nik San is providing gourmet Japanese food for the event.
Tickets are being sold at Nik San, Baja Brewing and La Pampa.
