Art & Beer – A “Must See” in Cabo San Lucas

Art and Beer Cabo San LucasA must see is Art and Beer located on Highway 19 at Km 69 a few miles south of Pescadero on the way to Todo Santos.  Set in the desert on the ocean side of the highway are a group of palapas that house Art and Beer.  Art is on display in the palapas with a bar and outside eating area, complete with hammocks.  Enjoy a cold beer or try a liquid form of art by ordering a  Bloody Mary, Sangria or Mojito. Art and Beer is run by Lourdes Campos and her partner Alfredo Ruiz who are on site and will share the history of Art and Beer if asked.  In addition to art work for sale there is a small selection of t-shirts, aprons, CDs and etc.  No phone or internet access but you don’t want to miss it!

Art & Beer is a fun place to visit, well worth the drive out of Cabo for the day! The drinks are an art to see.

In addition to the “hippie” like atmosphere, the propriators are a pleasure to converse with. While there you must visit the restroom. It is a work of architectural delights but if you don’t buy anything, they charge you $1 UDS to go. On our next visit to Cabo, we plan on a day trip just to Art & Beer.
